Yeah what is the X3100 capable of because I can't even run WoW on the lowest settings. I have been trying for a couple days to get WoW to simply run above 9 fps with no avail. Today I completely wiped the hard drive and re-installed everything and have spent the last two hours or so re-installing drivers and still nothing.

I have a T7300 2.0Ghz, 60GB HDD, 4Gb Ram, and a modular CD drive. When I run 3dmark '06 I am getting scores in the 650 - 670 range. I was under the assumption that the Intel GMA 9654 X3100 was a mildly capable graphics card especially for a non-intensive game like WoW. Was I wrong?

If anyone has anyone suggestions they would be greatly appreciated...

    Thanks.

It's capable of games made b4 2004 and games like AOE3 run alright. Why'd you get a laptop with 4gb of RAM if you're only using a x3100?

Vista is a hog and I have some memory/cpu intensive engineering programs that require lots of ram. I didn't think 2 would be enough and 3 wouldn't have been dual channel so 4 it was. Truth be told I don't game hardly at all but I do mess around with WoW every once in a while and would like it to be able to play it.

Any suggestions for solving the issue? Fujitsu doesn't want to help they aren't even officially supporting the newest intel drivers yet.

do you have the latest drivers? You can get them at intel's homepage. Uninstall your current one's first then install the new ones. Make sure you save them somewhere. Oh, one other thing. When you play WOW, right click, properties, compatibility: Run in compatibility with XP SP2. This increases the FPS on most games I've played

You know, not everyone plays games on their laptops... Some people use other programs that take advantage of ram and not a gpu.
