A new decade is upon us, and so are some good games. What games are looking forward to playing?

And yes, everyone knows you can't wait to play Cyberpunk 2077 ;) :p But feel free to mention it anyway.

As for me, my list is a bit short at the moment - hoping others here will help spur some new ideas. For now, it's:

    Almost definitely going to get:
    • Cyberpunk 2077 (of course)
    • Ori and the Will of the Wisps
    • Hollow Knight: Silksong (presuming it's a 2020 release, which seems likely)
    • Control - DLC expansions
    Some "maybes" include:
    • Eastward
    • Half-Life: Alyx
    • Journey to the Savage Planet
    • Disintegration
    • System Shock remake
And while we won't see them released in 2020, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll learn more about Starfield and the sequel to Metro Exodus, and I'm still holding out hope for another Deus Ex game to be announced. (And on Nintendo Switch, I'm hoping to learn more about The Legend of Zelda: BotW 2 and Metroid Prime 4.)

    What about you?

My most anticipated are Cyberpunk 2077 and MSFS 2020.
Also looking forward to Bloodlines 2, Outer Worlds, Control, Metro Exodus, new Baldur's Gate (if it will even come out next year), Deadstick Bush Flight Simulator (ditto), Mirage 2000-5 and MiG-23 MLA modules for DCS (ditto), DOOM Eternal, KBS 2, Ready or Not, and probably something else I forgot...

Mine are in a rough order

    Cyberpunk 2077
    RE 3 Remake
    Doom Eternal
    FF 7 remake
    Gears tatics

And probably half a dozen or more titles that I'll snatch up after they go on sale at the end of the year.

Lots of amazing stuff coming in 2020, Half-Life VR? Valve, now I gotta get a VR headset too?

Pretty much just Cyberpunk and Doom Eternal. Nothing else I'm especially interested in has a confirmed 2020 release date. Plenty of OK stuff on the docket but those are the two I'm looking forward to. There's a plenty of stuff from the last couple years or so I still haven't played as well.

I'm also very interested in ES6 and Hellblade 2 but neither of those are confirmed for 2020, if I was a better I'd also say we won't see either one in 2020.

Apparently Wasteland 3 also comes out next year.
Will add it to my maybe list. I do have W2 (received for free on GOG), but still haven't even touched it :D
So many games, not enough time...

I've played part way into W2 a couple times. It isn't bad. Maybe one of these days I'll actually commit to doing a full run.

    Me and you both...

Considering this is as close as we will get to old school Fallout (IIRC, Fallout was influenced by Wasteland), I really need to play it.

It was. I played the original on the C64. Yeah I'm old.

There's a character named Angela Deth, what's not to like.
