I have a Dell i6000 and it is really slow with newer games, for example, I have star wars battlefront 2, and when it starts up it gives a message that says there is no tnl detected on my display adapter, and asks me if I want to continue. When I say yes it works fine, it's just slow when I'm loading maps (no lagging in-game). I just want to know what should do to upgrade my gaming capability...

Graphics are not upgradeable in most laptops, and definitely not in your laptop, therefore your only option would be to get a new computer.

If its slow when loading maps that means your hard disk is slow. If you get a disk with a faster spin then you can load the levels faster.

Dont know your specs but more ram helps alot with games, less to load from the hdd if its in memory. Often a game will feel slow when there isnt enough ram so thats one option, loading times could be boosted with a faster hdd.

Its just your gpu that cant be upgraded, Im not sure about the cpu on that model.
