Just ordered a new T60 with these specs...

    Core Duo T2500 2.0Ghz
    2GB 667ghz RAM (1GB x 2)
    100GB SATA HD
    ATI X1400 GPU
    14" SXGA+

I like to play RTS and strategy games occassionally and Civ4 was quite good even in my older T60 (T2400, 1.5GB RAM, ATI X1300). Oblivion was not as pleasant though but I don't have plans to continue playing it.

I'm more excited to play C&C 3 and Heroes of MM V.

    What do you think?

The x1400 should play any game currently out there and to come for at least around a year, most likely. The newest will have to be on low-lower settings though.
