It has an initial screen like GPU-Z but then has a button on the right to bring up an overclocking panel.

I would personally suggest EVGA precision or MSI afterburner.

Yep it matched the description perfectly. I like nvidia inspector, I could make a clock shortcut to desktop easily. I liked it more than EVGA Precision tool and MSI afterburner because of its simplicity

Weren't there a ton of people recently who could't figure out how to OC past 700mhz?

I have an off-topic question but it sorta relates to this thread since I personally use nVidia Inspector and you guys have mentioned other tools like MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precision. I read somewhere that those tools can only be used if you use a card made by their respective manufacturer (e.g. MSI Afterburner only works on MSI-built GPUs), is this true?

I use RivaTuner .. and it lets me overclock core to 1025MHz, memory to 1535MHz :D All one needs to do is go to Power User -> RivaTuner/overclocking/global -> put 100 as MaxClockLimit value

but I may try nVidia inspector as it seems to be the nVidias own overclocking tool, i.e. gets more credibility. Not sure about ability though.
