When do you guess 20nm GPUs will be available for pre-order on notebooks?

Starting off, I intended to buy a high end notebook in 2014 because I thought Broadwell (14 nm) and 20nm graphics cards would be released at most by Q2 2014. I want to spend my money at the beginning of a die shrink because I believe it would be the most bang for my buck (it will also be my first high end notebook). I'm not so sure anymore if I'll be able to even pre-order those in 2014, considering there were news about production failures and Broadwell apparently delayed into the beginning of 2015. I didn't want to wait until mid 2015 to get a notebook and these last rebranded releases were definitely worse than I expected, so you can imagine my frustration. I haven't been accompanying these 'generation cycles' of notebook hardware for long so I thought about asking some people with more experience than me to give their opinion on this matter. I know that this will mostly be just guessing, but still, this is an interesting subject and is highly relevant for me right now.

Apparently Broadwell is nearly a lost cause for 2014, but a die shrink of graphics cards is the most important for me and would be enough for me to go ahead and pull the trigger. I saw some topics here already talking about things related to this subject but saw no real comments of when people think these will be actually available and inside notebooks (and I also wanted to gather that info in a poll). So, when do you guess 20nm GPUs will be available for pre-order on notebooks?

    Hope you are right. :D
By the way, the poll is with multiple selections so if you could add your opinion there I'd appreciate.

I voted Q4 2014 & Q1 2015. When the rumour mill of desktop 800 series really ramps up, and is released to the wild, that's the sign of incoming mobile release.

    I predict if it's Q4 then it'll be a 880MX. If it's Q1 then it'll be a 980M.

Q3/Q4 for desktop 800 series, I predict. Then a few months later, the mobile parts.

The mobile parts are becoming more important, we will see the gap shrink between launches.
