When i unplug it and only use the battery even at full i can play games right... The FPS go right down and i cant hardly play. I asked someone during a game and he said someone about bios but i cant change much of the bios it self... So i dunno why but when i plug in the AC adpater Walla its back up and running perfect. So i taken out the battery for now so my AC adapter can cool down as its only a 65W and not 90w (yes ima get one soon) So how can i change this? cause i got it so i can play games on the move like on trains and such.
Thanks
oh and anyway i can shut the screen down or make it switch off while i can leave my laptop on for downloading?<<><<< Done wiht control pannel Duh me dident think about looking there lol

take the settings way down. your card downclocks when mobile to save battery life. your best bet is to keep it as is. forcing the clocks up will mean 15-25 minutes of battery life in game. keeping them downclocked when mobile might increase that number dramatically.

ah so it even downclocks when im still on a game then Hmmm ok thanks
-
It downclocks to save battery life and depending on the laptop has to downclock because it just can't provide enough power fast enough for the GPU.

ok thanks for help

You can disable powermizer. The downclocking is just a power saving feature.
Ive played trackmania whilst on the train overclocked. -
Start the program and adjust if you want max performance on A/C alone or both A/C and battery. As for turning off your screen, there should be a hot key on the F* keys up top. You have to press the Fn key before pressing the corresponding F* key. If you laptop doesn't have it, just turn the brightness all the way down or adjust your power settings to not go to sleep when you close the lid (closing the lid will shut off the screen). -
why are there so many, "gaming without battery" threads?
the notebooks aren't really built yet for literal mobile gaming, though you can probably emulate snes games fine without a large loss in battery life. -
well i love my new laptop for gaming
When i take out the AC adapter and only use battery =/
