Where can I download OEM Nvidia graphics card driver, other than from the vendor of the notebook? I have Nvidia GeForce GO 7400. I tried Nvidia.com but my graphic card is not listed.

You aren't going to find OEM drivers from anyone besides who you bought the computer from.
Otherwise, the #1 place to get mobile Nvidia drivers is http://www.laptopvideo2go.com -
Just so you know, your vendor puts up the OEM drivers. In the case of a notebook, the OEM is something like Uniwill, Compal, Clevo, Quanta, MSI, ASUS, etc. . . NVIDIA is not the OEM.

laptop graphic card is very proprietary. one 7400 from notebook A most likely not be the same from notebook B, they will most likely differ in clockspeed, RAM implementation, etc., this is done because laptop has tougher heat limitation. the manufacturer of the notebook has to juggle between speed and heat. more so than desktop becuase of the different heat sink design and form factor.
it is most safe that you download them from your vendor, as this driver are tested specially for your notebook before it is released. if you really care that much for performance; (as stormeffect have mentioned) http://www.laptopvideo2go.com is also possible, though of course, in general; not as safe as the one available from your vendor. -
