It's still incredibly popular on all platforms, so the price will stay high due to such high demand.

I think $40 is a pretty reasonable price for such an excellent game. New copies of World at War are still $50, and now MW2 is $60.

Not going to happen anytime soon I predict. People buying MW2 who don't have COD4, will want to get the prequel. I'm thinking that the developers will want to cash in on that as much as possible.

Ya...Bummer...I saw the Steam deal for $25.00 awhile ago...But I don't want to spend more than $20.00 on it as I have far too many other games to play.

That won't happen any time soon as well. Seeing as it's currently one of the popular games it won't drop any time soon. Hell, my stepdad even bought it for his PS3.

Dunno about you Americans, but all COD 4 (they're only available in GOY edition now) available here has been slashed by $30. That's pretty good, considering that we hardly evet get games cut by that much.
