    DELL XPS M1530
    T9300
    4GB DDR2
    200GB 7200rpm
    nVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT 256MB DDR2
    Vista Ultimate

    1.
Where can I get the OFFICIAL & LATEST GeForce 8600M GT driver update? I have searched in nVIDIA site but
it seemed that they don't provide updates for 8600M.

I went to DELL site also but it was too old I guess and
last month I update it from Windows Update but it was a little bit old I thought.

    2. By using a dedicated graphic card, it means that the graphic card uses its own RAM(256MB) or they still share
some part of the main memory(4GB)?
if it does still share, how much does it take from the main memory and why does it still share?

    Thank you.

I can only answer the first question: Go to laptopvideo2go.com and look in the forums for the correct driver.

    Hope that helps! :)

I have 3GB of system memory. My GPU has 512MB of dedicated memory and it states in nv control panel that it has a total of 1791MB of "Total Available Memory". That means that if it needs more than 512MB it can use up to 1279MB of system memory. I think yours would be about the same. To find out, Open nVidia control panel, then click on "System Information" in the bottom left of the control panel.
Edit: Dell have a newer driver (175.97) for the XPS M1330.
