Turko, may I ask what your budget is? If you complete our What Should I Buy FAQ in the Hardware forum, we can give you recomendations.

Out of the cards you have posted, the X200M is the slowest. The X300 and the Go6200 are pretty much equal in performance as it is agreed around here. Given a choice, I would probably go with the Go6200 because it has a newer core and processor, plus multimedia enhancements (smoother and better quality video, etc.).

    Hi Turko,

x700 is way faster than the other you mentioned. I'd personally go for 1GB of RAM as optimal solution, especially if you plan to play games (and x700 can help you with it). If you are buying a laptop, do what Chaz said, and then many people will help you with the choice.

    Cheers,

Also the X700 is only 64Mb is that going to limit me from playing games such as CS: Source and HL2?

    Yes. 128MB is much better.

But not if it's in the form of X300 vs X700 with 64MB.

Yes, you are right. I was referring to x700 with 64 or 128MB. Thanks.

I was thinking about getting a laptop with x300 or the intergrated x200 with 128MB. Would the x700 with 64mb still give me better performance?

    Yes, yes it would.

If you want to game, you want the highest model-number you can afford.

If you're not going to game, though, it really doesn't matter. Integrated or the x300 will let you watch DVDs and surf the web just fine.

Edit: Oh, and why is this in the "Gaming(Software)" forum? I think Chaz is right - this is more of a "Hardware" forum discussion...
