    Which HD2600 is it?

    I'm probably getting the Asus F3SA http://web.hoh.de/hoh/(S(0vqrm4qsleqsjf55e3h1pc55))/default.aspx?TY=item&ST=1&IT=30541&CT=2332
    (It's in German but go down to where it says ATI HD2600...)

    It's says it has an ATI HD2600 512MB.
    My question now is, what's the difference between the 512MB and the 256MB(like the one the toshiba A200 has) version if there is any?
    I somewhere read that there are ddr2 and ddr3 versions, any idea how i can find out which one it is?
