Im about to buy a maxed out 1520 so im pretty sure it will run any new mmog that comes out soon. I am really excited about warhammer online but WoW also seems like a good option. I just want to hear your opinions and get some advice. PvP is ideal...

AGE OF CONAN! 10-30-07!!
AoC and Warhammer are the two big mmo coming out, I am gonna play AoC, only because it comes out before WAR. Might give WAR a try if AoC is cutting it.
also please use MMORPG, MMOG just looks weird. -
Will you have to pay a monthly fee to play Age of conan?

I mean, there are, albeit few, other kinds of MMOG. For instance theres a handful of MMORTS... And atleast one MMOFPS I can think of.
Tch tch tch. ^.^
Mmmm If FF11 ever runs a free trial, do it, set the settings to max, enjoy, then never play again-thats realy all there is to the game *sighs* (Some very shiny graphics, yup... and bland characters... *Sighs*... horrible quests... kinda ugly interface... ah well)
Yeah, I think Warhammer the mmo sounds nifty too-cant wait.... Hoping someone comes up with an EVE competitor too-don't like much of eves mechanics.
Oh, eve online's not bad in some ways... probably don't need a shiny system for that though ^.^ -
I'd stick w/ WoW or the revamped version of Star Wars: Galaxies. WoW will probably last longer and gain more new content than the others.
You might also want to try LoTR, although the initial reviews have been mediocre. -
WoW is the most simple, and the pvp is good. The depth isn't great, but it is a very fun game. I would definately at least try it.

Eve-Online. Mature community, great devs, awesome! pvp, I could go on.
EDIT: Eve PVP is real risk/reward pvp. -
I used to be hooked on Eve-Online.. it is a top game tho it did end up feeling like a job at times!! nothing like getting your first Apocalypse or Raven! (I know it's moved on since then but I haven't played it since a couple of months after Shiva patch... RIP Saorse!
)
and yep PVP gets pricey! I got blown up and had to limp home in my pod (if I was lucky!) more times than I'd care to mention lol
I keep getting tempted to fire up the trial version to see but then remember how much time it ate up! logging in to set skills off training etc. hmmmm... so very tempting tho....
Which MMOG?
