I went over to ATI's site and used whatever software they had to check if my laptop was compatible with the new Catalyst 6.2 Drivers. Well, my computer isn't, which makes me wonder which Omega Drivers to use because the new ones are based off of the Catalyst 6.2 Drivers (I think?). I went into the archives for the Omega Drivers, but there are too many to choose from, and I don't know which one to download. Also, how do I check what drivers I currently have? Thanks in advance.

Get the latest ones, which are the Radeon Omega Drivers 3.8.221 (Catalyst 6.2). I don't think that any new official ATI Catalyst drivers are made for laptops, so chances are they will be incompatible with your mobility radeon. However, Omega drivers are tweaked to be compatible with mobility cards so they should work fine. Make sure you create a restore point just in case something goes wrong.
To check the version of your drivers just go to Device Manager and view the driver panel in your graphics card properties under Display Adapters. -
Thanks for the reply. I'll try it out.
