BFME:II, Rome: Total War, AoE 3, or Empire at War? Also any other suggestions for a very fun multiplayer rts will be great. (I already have Warcraft 3 and Starcraft)

I definately recommend AOE3. Smashing buildings with lines of cannons and killing villages with ur troops is very fun indeed

AOE 3 is very fun plus the requirements are not great(im running it fine with a few high settings on a ati mobility 9700 64mb). The single player campaign is pretty interesting.

AOE3 is great, I can also recommend Rise of Nations with its expansion pack Thrones and Patriots - now thats one game that beats so many games hands down.

They are all fine games. Personally though, I'm waiting for Rise of Legends to come out in May. It's going to be great.... Hopefully, they'll release a demo in the very near future.

I still play Warcraft 3 everday. If you don't have it I would suggest getting it. DOTA is awesome

How about C&C: The First Decade? You get 5 games and their add-ons for $40. Of course some of the games are dated but the original Red-Alert has some of the greatest cut scenes (and gameplay) ever put in a PC game.
I did try Empire at War for the first time last night. It is pretty good.
