which game...

im about to buy my lappy and i´ll be buying some games but i dont know which one to buy first:

-halo 2
-WoW
-Bioshock
-flight simulator x

i want to have this games but i wont be able to buy them at once =[ only one

 

My vote goes to Bio shock.

I read the preview months ago and was impressed. I guess most ppl on NBR are impressed too judging by the threads today! go search round there NBR there are some nice screen shots around somewhere!

And as you can see from my sig, my notebook will never b able to play bioshock

 

why dont you sell that one and buy a new one ?

I just upgraded the hdd, it will do for now...can play CSS at 50fps so im happy

I will definately be getting one before this time next year

 

flight simulator x will run poorly on your computer. it runs poorly on most computers. it has really high demands, so save your money on that one.

 

Drop the WoW immediated due to the monthly charges, if money is a deciding factor. Bioshock look good, but I like games with replayability, So I'm not certain.

i really want the halo 2 game but i still have to think awhile cuz i see that bioshock just came out so.... i´ll be thinking for a while

my laptop is gonna be inspiron 1520 =D

 

damn man some of these games are so huge that only 5 of them will fill a 60 GB harddisk, where are the times where a 600mb stored a good game. Now even demos are massive.

 

i would go for WoW, if u don't already have it..

 

I would get WOW. For $20 you can get the game and play for a month, then if you don't like it you can get something else and not lose that much money. But if you enjoy it you can play it for hundreds of hours. Plus with the 8600gt you can be sure that you can run it at max settings probably at native resolution (i know you could at 1440x900 because i do at 1280x800 with a weak 7600). I have Bioshock and other than cranking up the difficulty I don't think it will offer much replayability, it seems pretty linear to me (alhtough I've only played 2hrs).

WoW = The Devil. It has completely and totally ruined lans. At least for my community. Scheduling times to play so you can raid just ruins gaming in my opinion.

 

well... over here where i live their is a place called "tianguis" and there you can buy " juegos piratas" which means not original games

and it cost 50 pesos($4-5 USD) each disc of the game...but i dont know if this games have online enabled (cuz its a copy)

ex. the sims 2 = 200 pesos($19.99)... im gonna buy that in the "tianguis"

 

Why does the term "juegos piratas" lead me to believe they are selling PIRATED games... hmmmm

bioshock man!! great physics engine, newest DX 10 game so far, and looks great!!

 

of course im gonna buy that but still dont know with which one to start hehe

 

haha well over here we have "la policia" which prevent the selling of "juegos piratas" in the streets.
