I'm thinking of buying either orcs must die or dungen defenders. I know I can simply buy both because they are like less than $20 each and were on sale a couple of weeks back but I missed it. The reason only 1 because they both look similar in gameplay, a tower defense rpg type game because you can control a hero to fight not just build towers. Anyone played both or can give me advice on which to get or recommend?

Baka believes that if Menasor2 loves co-op games, dungeon defenders is the way to go ._. If single player, dungeon defender works too but orcs must die might be a bit more fun
But that's just Baka's stupid opinion. Lots of people may say Dungeon Defenders. It's updated very often -
they've both been on sale on steam for under 5$ each.
Orcs Must Die is by far the better single player game.
Dungeon Defenders is really meant to be played multiplayer. There's often levels with bosses that are much easier with additional players.
They both have demos you can try out as well. -
I've played DD and OMD.
Still getting into DD since I bought it just some weeks ago, and in that short time I notice two things: is addictive and strictly MP. You CAN play it SP, but will loose all it's magic... is hard as nails too if playing alone on average levels.
OMD is FUN. It's 100% better SP than DD.
So it's up to you (MP vs SP). -
OMD forever!!!

Yeah, I`ve tried both and Orcs must die are much more fun imo
Which game would you choose?
