    the x700 is on a faster core I believe so it's faster. remember don't judge a video card by it's amount of ram. a x600 wont utilize all 256 anyways

    Ah thank you, I just bought an X700 128 MB and didn't want to think i could have gotten an X600 256 MB for 100$ more but faster gaming...

    Yup, X700 is faster than X600 even if it has less RAM.
