    Which one should i choose?

    Toshiba Satellite P300-167
    T8100
    ATI Radeon HD3650
    3gb ddr2 ram
    500gb

    or a


    HP Pavilion 9839
    T8100
    8600m GS
    4gb ddr2 ram
    320gb

    My question is: which one is more suitable for gaming?
    will it be able to handle cod4 or crysis ?

    Both will handle COD4 in reasonable setting (medium). Crysis though brings any graphics card to its knees, although both of these cards should be able to produce an enjoyable performance in directx9 mode on mostly low settings but you'll at least be able to play the game in your screens native resolution.

    If I was to be picky though I would go for the toshiba, that new ati card will have it over the nvidia card in the hp laptop.
