    Only thing updated for Shogun 2 is the addition of Shader Model 4.0 (DX10), 4.1 (DX10.1), and 5.0 (DX11).

    youll be good to go on your system on dx9 with all set to max, no aa; and dof,ssao, soft shadows to off. it will look fantastic still.
