The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. I'm just wondering if there are individuals here who are interested in writing game reviews.

I am good sir, and as soon as my 8690 arrives, I will be reviewing a couple games that have taunted me from the shelves.

I'd like to get in the reviewing world, but with my studies I don't have time to adjust my grammar, spelling and overal writing style. Besides when playing games to get a review you start to be more critical, and enjoy the game less.

    I'm interested :)

I play them from my not-so-powerful laptop and from my soon-to-be-very-powerful desktop.

I would love to write game reviews, and I think I'd be good at it too (pats self on back). My problem is I take forever to finish a game because life doesn't leave me much time for it. Are free review copies included? I suppose that might motivate me into some late night sessions to get it done. :D

It's all about video reviews these days, with youtube, etc. Video reviews for games are much more relevant than articles IMO.

I've never reviewed games, but I have reviewed movies (on a blog) and music (on a now defunct site) before. So, uh, I guess that's a maybe?

I only like video game reviews.

I really don't like reading reviews and looking at still pictures. For example, Alpha Protocol screenshots look good, but if you see game footage, you fall off your chair laughing.
