Whose fault is this? RIVATUNER or NTUNES?

Blimey, I just wanted to check the temperatures on my card, and I see that my gpu temp is fluctuating between 60-72 on Ntune, so i use rivatuner to check the temps, same thing. I go back to dell drivers, and the problem persists.

I have uninstalled NTUNE, but use rivatuner to moniter temps. But rivatuner also shows me the clock speeds and WTF the clock speeds are all messed up, either lower or HIGHER than the stock clocks of my card (I don't OC)

    Look at this screenshot.

I am using an 8600M GT DDR3 (supposed to run at 475/700Mhz according to this http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_8600M.html)

I never wanted to go NEAR OverClockinging, yet this thing seems to show i AM. BAH!

i think the stock clock is 500/700 for your version. The one in the nvidia website is the 512mb

If you just wanna measure temps, uninstall rivatuner/ntune and just use HWmonitor. Its as accurate

Manufactures can override stock clocks if they feel there model can handle more or less, my c90 for instance boost stock clocks nearly 100mhz based on the 8600gt spec.

SO is there something wrong with rivatuner, or is this a normal reading?
