Whenever I try and install Crysis, it almost immediately defaults to a message that says

"error 2755. server returned error 1632 trying to install Crysis.msi"

I've tried clearing my temp folder as well as setting it off of read only. However, whenever i try and set read only to off, it defaults back to the block instead of checked or unchecked.

I'm running 64-bit vista home premium.

On a side note, know any good shooter/rpg games sort of like crysis?

start => Run => services.msc and look for the "Windows Installer" service and see if it is running.

Could be a faulty disc, corrupt data i'd guess.

Try manually extracting all the files on the disc. Can you browse through the files on the disc?

yes, i can browse them. Now if anybody can tell me where to extract what, or just take a screenshot of the architecture that'd be great.
