I can prove that the game was going playable.

 

If a mod closed your thread, you're better politely taking it up with him/her in PM, rather than starting another thread in the forum.

 

Post screenshots with FRAPS readings plz. Please don't close this thread yet. Just edit the title and get those screens up.

Only if you record, but the frames per second overlay won't affect you negatively.

TBH even if it was true you should have posted proof in your original thread.

 

I'm guessing the thread was closed because of the rediculous responses, i'd believe you could get 20 fps at 1280 x 800 with the 8400m GS in crysis... but with a 1.4GHz core 2 duo!?! That'd be worth seeing.

 

I really have to ask - is it that important that everyone believes you?

I mean, this is a forum, you could say you had the KN Odachi and people would have no reason (til now) to believe otherwise.

If you're running 60FPS, good for you, but at the end of the day, it doesn't really affect anyone else.
If you're running 15, you're going to look a bit silly trying to prove a point.

Try to pick your battles, you know?

 

This thread has potential. However, I'm a little confused as to how you are going to prove you're using an 8400M GS playing Crysis at high FPS. Simply having a camera isn't going to prove anything, and even if you did manage to photograph proof of you using an 8400M GS to play Crysis at high FPS, screenshots can be easily photoshopped. As it is, people are doubting your story due mostly to your behavior and your comments.

What is this all about? I never saw your other thread, but I take it your saying you got 60fps in crysis on an 8400m GT or something? Well I think rather than showing people, or telling people things to prove a pointless point. Why not explain how others who have an 8400m GT may be able to benefit from this?

Also, rather than making a thread with the topic "why was my thread closed" and just saying why, either not make another one, pm a mod, and ask them personally, or at least explain what the other thread even was?

your assuming he means 60fps smooth, when my definition of smooth would have been 25 and over for crysis anyways.

secondly, it was Warhead, which is much better optimized then the original was. That seems very attainable.

 

Well depending on ones own definition of "smooth" I could believe that. But it shouldn't cause for this much uproar. Reopening a thread that was just closed is probably not the best thing to do, and because of that, this one will be undoubtedly closed as well.

 

The thread was closed due to the comments. Start another one if you like, but learn from the mistakes of the last one. Post benchmarks, etc.
