It's just medal of honor pacific assault. I have a t7300 core 2 duo, an 8400m gs and 2 gigs of ram, running on xp. It says first that my system doesn't match the requirements of windows 2000/xp, pentium IV 1.5 ghz processor, 256mb ram, and dx8.1 card with 64mb of memory. I hit proceed anyway. And then after I configure it and hit play, it says it cannot locate the correct cd-rom. I inserted disk 1, which is the correct disk according to the manual, but it still doesn't recognize it. Is something wrong with the disk.

Same thing keeps happening. Stupid computer games. Can't even get a damn refund. I should've just bought a console game. You just pop the disk in and hit the power button and start playing. Every time I've tried to play a computer game this sort of bs happens.

One more thing though... I installed the 162.18 drivers on laptop2go.com since I read on another thread here that they're the best for gaming. It did bring up my framerate by 30%. But now when I closed the lid and then reopened it, it remained a blank black screen.... so I think the driver is still kinda iffy. Is this driver the same as the 162.18 driver listed on nvidias website? http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_162.18.html
that one is certified and signed so I'd imagine it's more stable and has fewer glitches? Will it be just as fast? Thanks.
