I have a friend that runs it on gma950 and it does not run very bad, so probably any discrete graphics should do

    Found this...

Platforms: Windows XP, 2000 and Vista.

CPU for XP/2000: Pentium 4 (1,3Ghz) or equivalent.
Memory requirements for XP/2000: 256Mb RAM

CPU for Vista: Pentium 4 (1,5Ghz) or equivalent.
Memory requirements for Vista: 512Mb RAM

    Free Disk Space required: 3,92GB
Graphic card with 64MB ram as minimum (*)
    DVD Drive 8x as minimum.
    Direct-x 9 or higher installed.

(*) Supported chipsets: NVIDIA GeForce3 or greater (GeForce MX series not supported); ATI Radeon 8500 or greater; Intel 915/945/950/GMA3000. Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported.

So you can PLAY the game on pretty much any card, but you might not be able to get most out of the visuals.

I've heard of problems running this game on a notebook and read some where that EA won't guarantee same performance.
Research before you buy. I'm not ready to buy but I'm kinda of bummed.
I'm still playing manager mode in 06 on Xbox (3rd season). I bought 07 for Xbox but haven't opened it yet.
I was hoping to play 08 on the notebook but stuff I've read make me question whether it will work.
