    Probably a slight improvement. Look for Forerunner's COD4 review thread and see how other users are faring with their systems.

    I had a huge improvement with the full version of the game with my laptop, with the setup below it runs 1280x800 with all settings on high but no AA with 70-80 fps normally.

    Inspiron 1520, 8600m GT, 2 gigs ram, vista, 2.2ghz c2d.

    How much of an improvemnt did you have? 5fps or 10 etc?

    I am currently running it on boot camp on a mbp with 2 gigs of ram, 2.4ghz dual core intel, and 8600gt 256mb g card at 1400 by 900 with ai at 2x, no shadows, spec map, texture settings billinear, everything else high or extra, and glow and the game runs soooo well for multiplayer. No lag at all. Prettiest online game ive played in sooo long. Ive come to the conclusion this is just metal gear solid 4 online without mechs and i love it!
