    Will I have any problems playing any game on high settings etc. with this....

    Depends on how future proof your lookin' for.
    Playing games that're out at this date? I don't see you having any problem other than on Crysis maxed out.
    I've got a slower CPU and GPU than you and have no problems with any games besides Crysis maxed out.
    Also GTAIV runs on High with 50 view distance and 50 detail distance.
