    Since the difference between Duo Core, Core 2 Duo, and so forth in processors, I cannot keep straight what is better than what, so I'm just going to ask you fine and knowledgeable folk.

    I have a game that requires a 2.4+ Intel processor and an Nvidia GeForce 6600+. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.16 processor and an Nvidia GeForce Go 7800. Will this game run on my comp?

    yes... it should run medium

    but you should always look at recommended specs.

    If that is recommended then you should be fine

    You should be able to run medium on that. Those are minimum specs, btw. How much RAM do you have? Min is 1GB, recommend 2GB+.

    I have 4 GB of ram, which I'm guessing is more than enough.

    I'm going to be replacing this comp in the next few months, but that doesn't stop me from wanting something fun to do in the mean time. :)
