I just got a brand new Windows 7 machine that came with a partitioned hard drive. Are there any advantages/disadvantages as to which partition I install WoW (or any game/program for that matter) on? The one with the OS or the one w/o?

    Thanks!

    Advantage?

Well, if you install all your games on another partition, separate from your O/S it will be easy if you have any problems with your O/S.

If you need to reinstall, you don't have to reinstall your games or redownload them if you have Steam.

It's very cool this way. Game speeds, yeah, no difference. Load times may be slightly slower, but shouldn't be an issue.
