Just installed windows 7 beta and when I try to play CS 1.6 the screen shutters, but doesn't crash. Its running in opengl at 100fps with a 9600m gt. When I play with 3D3 everything's normal but I receive a lower frame rate stuck at 59.9. I've also tried turning V-sync off and I still cant pass that 59.9 barrier. Any ideas on how to properly run cs 1.6 on opengl and still get 100fps.

I can get 100 fps but playing in opengl causes the game to shutter, the game itself though is still very stable. How can I get it to stop shuttering?

    I think shutter = stutter.

Certain parts of the game are rendered perfectly, the other parts behave similar to a bowled screen being videotaped and flashes with other textures from the game. That's the best way I can describe it.
