Hey guys I just did a fresh install of vista and installed the 177.79 driver for my 7150m. Later when I ran windows update an update for my video card came up. Its size is 63.6 and is labeled NVIDIA MCP67M. Anyone know what this could be for? thanks

If your current drivers work properly I don't think there is a need to get them from Windows Update. I'm pretty sure Windows Update's drivers are more generic and aren't updated as often. They are really just there to make sure you can get all your components up and running. Drivers direct from the manufacturer should be more recent and better optimized.
