Will do, I have been downloading the demo since around 7 in the morning my time and it's like 12 now. I am at 82 percent and about...25 more minutes to go, =)
-
Mine will be done in about a half hour or so, yay for fileplanet paid, just started downloading like 10mins ago.
To be honest, I couldn't get into the game at all during the MP beta. I really don't like how the game is setup, and it doesn't play at all like how I imagined it when they first announced it. So unless the SP is good, I won't be into it :| -

+1 Scavar. I actually did get to play about one round during the MP beta but I do not like how you cannot gather money like in Starcraft when you need troops and vehicles on the whim but rather, you have to wait for the money to go up, it's very annoying.

Yet you don't know the difference between an RTS and RPG.

Awsome thanks for the links!
I'm loving this week, Bioshock demo+game released, MOH:AA demo, and now this!! How could it get any better? -
holy ****, all the damn servers on the whole god damn Internet are slow
-
The Forerunner Notebook Virtuoso
First link gave me decent 300-400 KBs speed.

Is it just my game... whenever I click on the unit to move the tanks nothing happens. The entire game for me is watching what the computer does, how do you move units around like in the tutorial?
-
What Video Card are you guys running this on? How's it play?
-

Playing with the 8600 gt at 1440 x 900 its awesome. -
realy? on DX10? all i got with my 8600GT was 800x600 with DX9 on full. but that was the beta. the demo is installing now.
-
Are you running it on Max Settings in that resolution? I've got an 8700 GT so that's encouraging...

I am running on a 7950gtx and I am getting the same problem. I had to click it so many times before I could actually move it, -.-
-
Wierd...when I run the tutorial I can't go past the scene with the sun + base, I get the mouse after the guy stops talking but the screen doesn't change :/
Oo I can just start a new game >.>
re-ran benchmark, 1900x1080 @ Medium ~19fps o.o -

Defeat
couldn't break the Soviet offense...
The game looks awsome though, reminds me of CoH somehwat, the squads are more spread out and things are more detailed.
Camera movements seem really wierd tho...
and the unit reinforcement thing is completely new to me but interesting o.o -
I've got almost 2 hours till my download finished. I'm pretty pumped.
-

I am downloading the demo via xfire.

Filefront gave me 800-900 KB speed earlier. Peak times makes a big difference.

I am 50% done off gamershell downloading at varying kbps but not a constant 280kbps down as it would be for the best possible server speed and my connection.
-
I haven't played it on my notebook yet, but my desktop of course maxes it out. Game looks nice on DX9, and as it turns out I enjoy the Single Player, if maybe just because of the story/characters. I might buy it for that.
