I'm on a very tight budget, I'd like a used notebook to play wow on. Doesn't have to play fantastic, just not crash and go to bad frame rates while a lot of action is happening. I've been checking out Ebay and there seem to be a lot of options for my budget ($350) but not sure which will be enough to play wow. I know I need at least a 2 gig CPU and 512 ram, but the video card since it's not changeable is my big question. I'm trying to stick with a name brand of either Dell, HP, Sony, or IBM.

You don't need a powerhouse to play WoW...... heck, my old Vaio S360 with a Radeon 9700 could handle it pretty well. And I've seen plenty of people with laptops with GMA950 graphics that can play it OK too.
However, at $350, I can't help but think your options are going to be a bit limited, especially if you're also looking to stick to a name brand. -
i managed to get my laptop in my sig for 450canadian...350 is lowwww

seriously 350 is little bit too low for a "modern" laptop. You will probably spend more than that in order to play WOW smoothly.

u could get a decent lappy for around 600-700 with an integrated ati gpu. say an 1150 xpress or something of that sort. my friend just got one for 700 with that actually. along with 1gb of ram and a decent turion cpu.

My friend got a 1.7ghz core duo, 1 gig ram, integrated GPU for $500. I don't think it gets much cheaper.
