    Hey all,

I am looking to get a new laptop, and I want to get a dedicated video card. I play World of Warcraft a lot, how would it run on a 7400 with 256mb of ram vs. a 7600 with 256mb of ram? Any experience with either card and this game?

I don't have any personal experience with it, but I think WoW should be fine - it isn't necessarily the most demanding game out there (I got pretty good performance on WoW even with my Sony Vaio s360, which had a Mobility Radeon 9700 in it). It couldn't hurt you though to get the 7600, will give you a lot better performance overall (and heck, you never know what demands there might be in upcoming WoW expansions).

My friend has a m1210 with the 7400 and it plays it beautifully. 40+ frames.

My laptop has a 32mb Radeon 9000 and runs WoW fine.
A friend of mine ran WoW on his 64mb Geforce 3
Another friend plays WoW on Intel Integrated Graphics

In short, just about any laptop out there will play WoW great.

It will run on max settings with integrated graphics as long as you have a semi-modern processor and enough memory. Memory is the biggest factor.

WoW is a VERY low graphical game. It isn't neccisary to buy even an X300 to play it.

    I have a Radeon 9100 IGP 128MB on a ZV5202us and it runs perfect.

I suggest you get A DV2000t, if Wow is all u play
