I was curious as to whether or not I could run one.

My specs are in my sig and I have a 10mbit/s connection down and 50kb/s up.

Probably wouldn't ever hit 10 people, max 15. Would more RAM help? Would moving to 15mb/s help? Different wifi card?

Probably a faster internet connection would help. Specs would probably be fine too.

    Would 15mbit change anything?

Downstream speed won't help at all with running a server. You need upstream bandwidth.

That's what I figured, gotta be sending out the info. Would 50KB/s be e nough? That's pretty damn slow, but I have no idea what it'll use/need. Upgrading my upload is expensive lol

Somehwat off topic, if I upgrade my upload speed would I notice increase in regular internet usage like loading pages?

Pretty sure loading pages depends mainly on download speed. Upload speed will help in upload related stuff though :p

Well my browser has to make a request every time I click a link, that request is probably so small though it won't matter that my upload is slow.

Depends. If it's truly 50KB/s, then you're probably fine. If you actually meant 50 Kb/s (1/8th the speed of 50KB/s), then no, it won't be fast enough. The case of the b is critically important.
