Lack of dedicated servers seems to be the big argument I hear from pc gamers about why they aren't interested in Colonial Marines Multiplayer. Rebellion released a steam dedicated server client for AvP so I'm guessing Gearbox could too. Haha, they should also release a stand alone multiplayer edition around 30 bucks with all the Season Pass content, but I doubt it.
Honestly, I really don't see why it's such a big deal. NSII's dedicated servers are a pain in the . Too many of them play the same level over and over again. I also hate the fact that it doesn't switch teams after each match so that everybody has to make a mad dash to their favorite side before it fills. I suck as the aliens in that game and all too often I can't play as a marine because the team is filled and nobody wants to leave.

not even they offered a full refund to tag along with the dedicated servers... I am feeling downright betrayed by them.

I definitely would be! I've already purchased the Season Pass and hope to get even more fun out of it.

Does anybody else find it odd how the same publications that told us how great the demos they got to play for ACM were, wound up trashing it when it was finally released?
Aliens: Colonial Marines - Multiplayer Preview - YouTube
Ok, so what's changed? They heap the demo they played with praise and trash the game upon its release. The game is exactly as it appears in this preview. Everything they said was so cool about it is still there.
This seems to be the only agreeable review I've read.
Review: Aliens: Colonial Marines is only good for its multiplayer action - NY Daily News -
Would you be more interested in Aliens: Colonial Marines multiplayer if they released a dedicated server client?
