Basically after following the instructions on here
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/ali...throtting-fix-no-need-modify-system-bios.html
I disabled my Nvidia GTX 560m Graphics card because the vbios seems to be for a 580m.
Can't get it to work now, (error 43)

Can anyone help me reverse the problem? the thread makes you make a backup.rom so I was thinking that could work, but I have little
to no idea how to run it, because even running the first update that messed it up in the first place required step by step instructions.

That's the fun bit, I don't know how and I don't want to mess anything else up.
    how do I flash back?

I know it sounds retarded saying I don't know, but there was nothing on the thread about what to do should you mess up.
Do I follow everything I did but enter something else on the prompt? and what do I enter?

Every manufacturers procedure is different, but why can't you follow the same procedure you already did? If your backup is good, you should be fine.

This is why you shouldn't play around with things you don't understand, especially when it relates to expensive technology.

Let's hope so, and we'll see if it works I guess.
On the bright side, my gaming habits these days consist almost 100% of league of legends and papers please both of which the integrated has no problem with so it's more of an inconvenience.
Thanks for the feedback at least. fingers crossed.
Needless to say I've learned my lesson, trying to fix a problem one wouldn't expect after forking over 1000 quid on a laptop xD
