Mybe Im looking at the wrong spot in PowerSrrip

PowerStrip > Performance Profiles > Configure
    Base settings:
    Engine clock: 209.25 MHZ
    Memory clock: 135.5 MHZ

    The highest I can set:
    Engine clock: 278 MHZ
    Memory clock: 174 MHZ

If Im looking in the right spot doesnt those numbers seem REALLY low?

    System spec:
    Dell 6400
    T5600
    100gb HD @ 7200
    2GB Memory @ 533 MHZ
    X1400 256 MB
    Window Vista
