    ummm... more info please.... What OS? Did you try ATI's site before posting? Did you try your OEM's site for your notebook? I took me a few seconds to find it on ati's site...

    os - xp home edition. ATI website does not have the x1400 driver

    ummm..... check again... I found it.... make sure you are choosing mobility radeon for the card.. trust me it is there.
