Does anyone have any definitive benchmarks on the X1400?

See, I am getting a new laptop (a dell, core duo, 1 gig of ddr2 and the 1400), though I may be able to squeeze in the 7800... But I'm planning for the worst.

I play a lot of World of Warcraft and Counter-Strike Source. I was hoping for a definitive benchmark but havent been able to find any.

I was hoping someone here could provide me with some good information. My home box is on a Radeon 9600 Pro 256mb card.. I'm betting even the x1400 would run better.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, In the acer 5762 it scores a 1650 3dmark05 but it should really score in the 1900's. It will play WoW no problems and counter-strike at medium settings

Hmm, I'm not exactly sure what the 3DMark scores equate to.. What kind of fps are you getting in CSS and WoW?

While I can't give you exact frames, I can tell you that the X1400 is faster than my X600, and I can run WoW at 1280x800 with all settings maxed out, no AA or AF, silky smooth.

Well that comforts me a bit.

I run a 9600 Pro 256mb card at home, just want to be **** sure that the X1400 trumps that...

Unfortunatly, information on the matter is practically non-existant.

If I do follow through and get it, I'll be sure to post my findings here... Just hoping there's more information.

Does anyone else have a X1400.

The Acer does have disappointing scores...just that I would perfer a T60 over Acer, but would like my computer to work to some extent with Thief, NWN, NWN2, Civilization.

I think all the scoring of laptops is done with fps games and not the ones I want to play (World of Warcraft, Warcraft III, Neverwinter Nights, Civ IV, Gal Civ etc).

I wonder what the stats are for Neverwinter Nights 2.. hope it isn't intensive like the fps's are.
