I am looking to buy a laptop and was looking at a Dell Inspiron. I was wondering if there would be a significant increase in gameplay in World of Warcraft from getting an X1400 or x1300.

    Thanks in advanced

I was looking at a Dell which my options would be:
    128MB ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON® X1300 HyperMemory
    256MB ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON® X1400 HyperMemory
    256MB NVIDIA® GeForce™Go 7300 TurboCache
I was wondering if any of the 3 would show a huge difference in the game. I was also just looking at an Asus with an ATI Mobility X1600 256MB PCI Express, but it is more expensive but if it would be a significant performance increase i would spend the money.

    Thanks again.

Performance will be fairly close between all of them, but at stock speeds it looks like it's X1400 > go 7300 > X1300.

An X1600 would be a huge increase in performance, twice as fast when GPU limited, but it also uses more power so less battery life.

Yeah like lazybum said, out of those 3 the X1400 will be the best, and its not a bad card. But the X1600 will be about twice as powerful as the X1400. Its a pretty powerful card and will be good for gaming for a while.

I have the X1400 in my Inspiron and my buddy has the acer with an X1600 the preformance diffrence is night and day. Never used to be before Blizzard screwed with the rendering settings a couple of patches ago but there is a huge diffrence between mine and his. I am pulling off low 20's for FPS while he is pulling off 40-60ish and my animation seems choppy compared to his though depending on what your used to it might be fine. I am simply extreamly picky when it comes to these things.
