    X3100 - Everything now slowed - PSone emulation, HD videos

    I updated my DX, installed latest drivers for my GPU, but it didnt help. I then tried uninstalling the GPU drivers and installing them fresh yet it didnt help

    Prior to this, i could play HD videos and 3D PSone games just fine but now they constantly stutter.

    It sounds like Sony has caught on to you, keep an eye out your window, you may need to hop out the back door.

    Its all perfectly legal, i own the PSone BIOS and the games that i either play of the discs or from an image = )

    Are you sure what caused this issue to happen, or what did you do in between the time it was working good and the time where it stopped working at the previous quality ?

    It just randomly started to happen, i was on 15.9 for a long time, a few weeks ago it started so then i updated them to latest. Didnt help, uninstalled and then went back to 15.9, which also didnt help. Now im on the latest again, and as you can guess, not good
