    Hey!

I ve got a question: Which is better for gaming the ati x600 with 256 mb ram or the x700 with 128 mb ram.
Is the x600 good enough to play the Half Life 2 with full graphic?

    Thx

X600 can't even begin to compare to the X700 128MB.

The 256MB of memory on the X600 is useless . . it can't even use 128MB effectively, let alone 256. ;)

The X700 is a much more advanced card. Get that if you plan to game, although you wouldn't have any problems with HL2 on an X600. It is generally a very easy game to handle.

maybe it's second-hand or refurbished. Also Pentium 4s aren't good in laptops. Sure they're fast, but they overheat and drain a lot of battery life

but for the price, i'd say this would be a good buy!
