EDIT......i SAID 2.2 IN THE POST......my mistake meant 2.0ghz. Thinking bout buyin m15x when I can actually afford/ customize it more than their pre-order event..........If I got a core 2 duo at 2.0ghz could it bottleneck a 8800m gtx? How would blu-ray run on this?

not likely, that is a pretty powerful cpu. Combo with a gtx and you should be able to play any game at full res. except crysis.

No, the CPU shouldn't bottleneck your graphics at all. Games like Crysis can certainly USE more CPU power, but it won't create a performance bottleneck.

    hi!

i own a clevo with 8800M gtx, and you can definitely play crysis @ high details @ native resolution, 1440x900.

i get 35+ fps with all high, and very high.

btw. cpu isn't limiting at all, get 3gb ram and crysis runs fine.

And since you will be playing a higher res, it won't matter. The CPU Bottleneck slowly starts to go away as you increase the res you are playing at, the GPU becomes the bottleneck.
