    a warning for Dirt 3

    I did a quick search on this forum and found nothing about this. Maybe my searching skill is bad.

    Anyways, as some of you might know, there was a leak on Codemasters, and many many dirt 3 keys that are redeemable on Steam were released on the Internet. The problem is, Steam may ban your account if you redeem the key as you have registered fraudulent game key to your account.

    So just a word of caution: if someone offers/gives away dirt 3 keys for free/cheaply, be wary.

    Note:

    I read somewhere that if your key begins with 'F' then it might be from the leak. However, I am not 100% sure.

    Update:

    It seems like VALVe is just removing the games rather than suspending accounts. Most reasonable solution.
