    amd radeon 8730M vs HD7670M?

    I'm trying to buy on a laptop which graphics card? and is there really big difference between the two?

    8730m is better ...has less shaders but scores better in benchmarks I believe. Check out notebookcheck.com to compare the two better.

    HD 8730m is a faster card, it's not by much though 12-17%. Performance is the same as HD 7690m XT, which is basically HD 7670/7690m overclocked with GDDR5 memory.

    The 8730m as already mentioned seems faster than 7670m despite having fewer shaders.
    But, one should also keep in mind that 8730m has a GCN architecture, and was built on a smaller manuf. process (28nm vs 40nm for the 7670m), so overall, it should be a more efficient gpu.
    I'd go with 8730m either way.
