well i recently i posted up a forum about experienceing graphic tearing in-game, apparently all i had to do was turn v-sync on. now here's the problem, when i turn v-sync on in the GAME-SETTING in the game options my fps drops either drops all the way down to 30 or i nothing happens at all(their is still tearing).

i finally found a perfect solution to this problem, enabling v-sync through ntunes and turning on triple buffering to prevent fps spikes! this worked perfectly, not only did my fps remained at a constant 60fps but all the tearing was gone.

now heres the problem, after about 1 hour of gaming my FPS starts to drop all the way down to 30 and i also start to experience graphic tearing again! this happens even though vsync and triple buffering are still enabled in ntunes. also sometimes it would go back to 60 fps but when i do something very quick or sudden my fps would drop drastically and it is very noticable..... i would have to alt-tab out of the game and manauelly disable and enable v-sync and triple buffering in order to revert back to 60FPS with no tearing...

does anyone have this type of problem?? im realli amiss on how to solve this...

drivers: 180.70 changed to 181.00 but still happens
temp: never gets pass 55C celsius

V-Sync runs at 60 FPS, or if it can't hold a steady frame rate, it runs at 30 FPS. That's just the way it's supposed to work.

Turn your graphics settings down so it has more frames to work with.

No, the graphics card is fine.

Stick with 30FPS or turn down AF and/or AA a notch. If you are running at native resolution for your LCD screen turn down AA.

Have you over clocked your card at all? Done any recent bios flashing?

i have never done any clocking at all on my gpu, but i have done some overclocking on my cpu though. as for bios flashing.. i am very paranoid of the process because i have no idea how to find the correct voltage, besides the np5793 doesnt allow bios flashing from what ive read
