Any good co op (2 player) games out there?
Games like D.O.W.2 and command & conquer red alert 3 that have a co op campaign.
Doesn't have to be genre specific

I don't know how(or if) it works with a PC, but Army of Two(a little older, but I still loved it) is pretty much designed for co-op.
-
COD5 I know has Co-Op on xbox so I think it would be on the PC as well.

I'll suggest Left 4 Dead - it has a four player co-op but it is rather easy to get other people to join. It's really a lot of fun.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory has great co-op.
Both of the above games require an Internet connection BTW - you didn't specify whether you wanted online or offline. -
Rainbow 6 Vegas and Vegas 2. Played LAN co-op with a friend... awesome games.

FPS:
Rainbow Six Vegas games
I believe you can play Half Life and HL2 Co-op with a mod. Sven Co-op I think.
RPG:
Titan Quest
Diablo 2, etc
Flying:
HAWX
IL-2 Sturmovik -
Left 4 Dead is based entirely around cooperative play. It has 4 characters to work together, but even if there's only two of you, you can leave the other 2 to the bots or let strangers take over for them online.
Call of Duty: World at War also has a cooperative mode.
Gears of War for Windows has online co-op as well (not sure about the 360 version). -
HL2 mod Synergy lets you play HL2 and all of it's episodes in COOP granted every one owns them.
Saints Row 2 for PC supports drop in COOP, and ALL missions work in COOP storyline missions and side missions, LAN and online.
CoD:W@W's entire single player supports COOP.
L4D, obviously, the whole game was made with COOP in mind, there really isn't a singleplayer mode, because even in singleplayer, it's the same thing, just with retarded bots instead of real players.
The Rainbow six vegas games are great fun in COOP. As is splinter cell chaos theory. -
I also recommend Left 4 Dead and the Rainbow Six Vegas games. Both are great fun, especially Left 4 Dead
