    hey, im lookin to get this game for my laptop but im just wondering about the online community - does anyone have this game and can tell me if the servers are active and there are a good amount of players to always find a game? someone has to own this game!

    Yea they are active, its a good online FPS. Not the greatest but its better than average.

    has anyone played this game on xbox360 and pc? i just want to know how the multiplayer stacks up to the xbox version which is awesome. thanks.

    I played it on both platforms and I must say that the 360 versions kicks the PC version's ass. The PC version is just a crappy port...they even took out the 3rd-Person gameplay. GRAW is meant to be 3rd-Person and RS is 1st-person. I was REALLY disappointed when I play it online as well.

    GRAW 2 on the PC is not a port. It was specifically created for the platform. Though I also prefer it on the Xbox because of the 3rd Person viewpoint and the fact that the PC version is ball-bustingly hard. The reason they made the PC version 1st person is to keep it true to Ghost Recon gameplay, given that the original was also first person.
